Bus and walking tour "Hero city Volgograd" with a visit to the main museums of the city. 

The sightseeing walking tour starts from the Fallen Fighters Square, the central square of the city. You will get acquainted with the architecture of different years, see the majestic buildings of the Soviet post–war era, the revived main cathedral of the city - Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Mira Street, the first restored street of post-war Stalingrad. In the park where the eternal flame burns, you will learn the story of the defenders of Krasny Tsaritsyn during the Civil War and the heroic feat of the heroes of Stalingrad. You will touch the old poplar tree, a symbol of the renaissance of the post-war city. You will walk along the Alley of Heroes to the Central Embankment, named after the 62nd Army– one of the most beautiful on the Volga.

Optional: visit to the Memory Museum. The museum is located in the basement of the Stalingrad Department Store, where Field Marshal Friedrich Paulus was captured in January 1943. (The duration of the museum visit is from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Please specify the cost of the entrance ticket when booking excursions).

The sightseeing bus tour will start from the central embankment. You will see modern Volgograd, the main streets and avenues. A sightseeing bus tour can be replaced by a ride on the metrotram. Metrotram is the only mode of transport in Russia. The city tram line part of the route passes through underground stations (to be negotiated in advance). 

Visit to the monument - ensemble "To the Heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad on Mamayev Kurgan".

Optional: visit to the museum named after Stalin. The museum is located at the top of Mamayev Kurgan, one of the halls is an exact replica of Stalin's cabinet in the Kremlin. Optional: Lunch at a cafe in the city. The cost of a set lunch (first, second, salad, pastries, tea or compote) starts from 350 rubles.per person. From Mamaev Kurgan, transfer to Lenin Square to the solemn colonnade of the legendary Pavlov House. Pavlov's house is a symbol of perseverance, heroism and military achievement, and an inspection of the ruins of the Gergardt mill. The building was destroyed during the Great Patriotic War and was not rebuilt.

Optional: visit to the Battle of Stalingrad Panorama Museum, where more than 3,500 unique exhibits have been collected and one of the world's largest panoramas on the theme of the Great Patriotic War has been created. Optional: For a pleasant end to the day of sightseeing, an hour-long walk along the Volga River on a comfortable motor ship (during navigation) is possible. (Please specify the cost of the entrance ticket when booking excursions).
